My Favorite Chocolate Chip Cookies
Who doesn't love chocolate chip cookies?! If you don't, I am sorry to say but your missing out...I mean come on how can you resist the crisp edges, soft and chewy middle, and dark chocolate chunks...yum...yum...yum! Not to mention that I add my favorite nut butter and coconut oil to the mix. Using coconut oil tends to add a nutty flavor making these cookies a little sweeter, wonderfully thick, and absolutely scrumptious. They are easy to make and are perfect if your craving a little after dinner treat! Give them a try and ENJOY!

My secret ingredient: Justin's Almond Butter
Step 2: Add coconut flour, almond flour, and baking soda. Mix together until everything is combined. Don't forget to add in the best part...
I like to use Ghirardelli's 60% Cacao Bittersweet Chocolate Chips!
Step 3: Use a spoon to drop a dollop onto a parchment lined cookie sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes. Typically, I find that 15 minutes is perfect but if you want a little longer go right ahead!
Step 4: Lastly, remove from oven and let them rest for about 5-10 minutes before removing to a plate.
